Breast lift surgery can be performed with or without prosthesis. This is decided after a medical examination. During the examination, the location of the nipple, i.e. how much it has sagged and the amount of breast tissue, how much tissue loss is observed.
If there is mild sagging and sufficient breast tissue, silicone prosthesis under the mammary gland may be sufficient.
