What is the Operation Process?                                                                   

The process begins when people with complaints about the neck region apply to our clinic. Our patients are examined by a specialist doctor and their current conditions are determined. The most appropriate operation process is determined for the person by listening to the patient's complaints and expectations.

After the operation and technique to be performed are determined, the patient is informed and the operation is started. Generally, as in facelift aesthetics, the sagging neck skin is stretched upwards by making an incision behind the ear and sagging and wrinkles are removed. Excess skin is removed from this area. This procedure also corrects the angle between the chin and neck. In addition, some of our patients may have fat in the jowl area or different conditions. In these cases, the procedure is also performed for the jowl area. This is determined after the expectations of the person and the evaluation of our doctor. 

If neck lift surgery is performed alone, it takes approximately 1.5-2 hours. The patient stays in the hospital for 1 day after the operation. Then it is discharged. The patient is given a corset after surgery and should use this corset for 10 days. After 10 days, he/she is asked to use it for up to 3 weeks at intervals. The healing process is approximately 10 days. After 14 days, the patient can return to normal life.

Things to Consider Before Having Neck Lift Aesthetics

There are some points to be considered in neck lift aesthetic operation. In order for the surgery and postoperative recovery process to go well, you should pay attention to the following.

• As in every aesthetic operation, before the neck lift aesthetic operation, the person should fully explain his complaints and expectations with the doctor.
• Especially blood thinners such as aspirin should not be used.
• If you are taking medication, these must be communicated to the doctor.
